PropNetwork is a professional real estate community. These guidelines help keep the platform safe, respectful, and trustworthy for everyone.

Prohibited behavior

• No harassment or bullying — Do not intimidate, threaten, stalk, or repeatedly target other users.
• No hate speech — Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.
• No abusive or offensive content — Do not post violent, sexually explicit, vulgar, or otherwise harmful material.
• No spam or fraudulent activity — Do not post misleading listings, repetitive promotions, scams, or deceptive lead-generation content.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal or account suspension. Serious or repeated violations can lead to permanent account termination.

Use in-app reporting tools on posts, profiles, and messages to flag content that violates these guidelines. Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports promptly.

User-generated content

PropNetwork hosts user-generated content including listings, reels, posts, and chat. By using the app you agree to follow these guidelines and accept that we may remove content or restrict accounts to maintain a safe community, in line with Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 for user-generated content applications.
