Welcome to PropNetwork. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our mobile application (available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store), website, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or when you contact us.
- Personal Information provided by you: Name, phone number, email address, usernames, passwords, and professional verification documents (for brokers/builders).
- Camera and Media Access: Our App requires access to your device's **Camera** and **Photo Library**. This is used exclusively to allow you to capture and upload property photos, record real estate video reels, and set your profile picture. We do not access your camera or photos without your explicit interaction and permission.
- Location Data: We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device to provide location-based services like finding nearby properties or brokers.
- Device Data: We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. We use the information we collect or receive to:
- Facilitate account creation and logon process.
- Enable user-to-user communications (e.g., chat feature).
- Post and manage property listings and social feed posts.
- Verify the identity of real estate professionals to maintain a safe ecosystem.
- Send administrative information, such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal basis:
- Public Listings: Information you post on property listings or your public profile will be visible to other users.
- Vendors and Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors (like AWS for hosting or Firebase for push notifications) who perform services for us or on our behalf.
4. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.
5. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures (including end-to-end encryption for certain communications) designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
6. Your Privacy Rights and Account Deletion
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances.
To delete your account and personal data: You can delete your account directly within the PropNetwork App by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by visiting our Account Deletion Page.
